The Site and all of its materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video, and audio (collectively, "Materials" ) are protected by copyright laws and other Indian and international laws and treaties and are property of The Indian Freelance Creative and Design Studio (tifCDS) where all of Vedas Store products are created. Vedas is an e-commerce venture of tifCDS. All Materials are provided through the Site as a service to its current and prospective visitors and may be used only for personal and informational purposes and only if you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the Materials. No right, title or interest in tifCDS Materials is conveyed to you. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, post, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license or otherwise exploit the Site or any of its Materials without our prior written permission; you may not access or use the Site for any competitive or commercial purpose; nor may you permit any copying of our Materials. Any unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, display, or other use of these Materials is prohibited. Any and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by The Indian Freelance Creative and Design Studio (tifCDS) and Vedas Store (Art & Decor) which is a subsidiary of tifCDS, as applicable. As tifCDS requires its users to respect its intellectual property rights, a copyright infringement of any material / design / product / creative data, etc of any data on this website may cause penalty for misusing the data that is copyright to tifCDS and its Vedas Store (Art & Decor).

We do our best to ensure the information on our site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts however, the information on our site may occassionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, product descriptions, prices and other details on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to display our product attributes accurately on our site, including the applicable colours. The actual colours you see may vary based on the display of your browser and we cannot guarantee that colours are displayed accurately. We do not warrant the accuracy or completion of information, content or material provided on this website.The inclusion of any products or services on the site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products ro services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the product at any time.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are (i)offering to purchase a product (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method privided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, a verification of information maybe required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse serving to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Disclaimer of Liability
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customers.
Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service or out of any breach of any warranty. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
Cancellation Policy
Items once sold cannot be returned or refunded once the order is placed and payment completed.
Refund Policy
Items once purchased cannot be cancelled after the payment is processed. Kindly place order only upon confirmation.
Privacy Policy
Vedas Store (Art & Decor) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.
In addition, we want you to be aware that www.tifcds.com may provide its payment merchants with information related to your transactions involving your purchase of products from Vedas Store (including, for example, your name, address, details of products you purchase and transaction amount, etc) only for purpose of transactions.
Vedas Store values the privacy of your personal data and shall not use it for any other purpose than the business that it has been shared for.
Shipping Policy
100% of all orders are shipped within 3 days of placement of order.
Shipping prices are applied over your total cart amount and can be viewed before the payment gateway.
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 9999/-
For all other orders, we offer a flat domestic fee as following :
Regional shipping : Rs. 99/- for orders below Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 299 for orders above Rs. 1000/-
International shipping : Rs. 3000/-
Standard delivery time is anywhere between 8 – 28 days from receipt of order at our end.
Delivery Policy
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 1 hours from receipt of your order to be considered, along with a picture of the damaged good taken at time of unboxing the packaging of the item.
